ONE OF MY WORST SHOPPING EXPERIENCE EVER ON INTERNET !! I made a mistake of ordering something from this website and made a mistake of not reading the full description of the item. When the item arrived, i wanted to return it...contacted the customer service...10-15 days later, they declined the RMA...I don`t know of any vendor that do not take a return if the box is not opened !! ProsPRICE, THOUGH I FEEL A LOT OF ITEMS ARE INFERIOR QUALITYConsCUSTOMER SERVICE (NON-EXISTENT) |

I don`t understand how any of you people couldn`t reach anyone at 13deals. Their phone number is on the main page of their website! The contact us tab has their phone number and a customer service desk. The email they send you with a tracking number says that `you may need to allow several days for the tracking number to update`. Now the first time I ever ordered I called them about this, cause at first it bothered me, and I got to talk to a live person, she took time to explain to me why the tracking number doesn`t update for a few days because they have to ship stuff freight to fedex, and then it updates when it gets there (and it did, in NC). They have even expedited stuff for me before. ProsGreat deals, reach a real person for help, easy to contact them, items are awesome. Once i needed an item in time for a birthday, I called and explained it to them and they upgraded my shipping for free.Consshipping isnt the fastest, but they keep you posted on everything. |

Bought some plants 8 weeks ago. They sent a trcking number that never worked and they don`t reply to emails. I`ve sent an email everyday for the last 3 weeks. ProsNONEConsIf you want to throw your money away buy something. |

This merchant never shipped my order. They sent me a fake tracking number. They never responded to email. They never responded to messages through their ticket system. I filed a chargeback with Citibank and a complaint with the BBB. The merchant`s BBB rating as of today is D+. ProsNone. The site is a fraud.ConsThey don`t ship what you ordered and keep your money. |

First time I checked the reviews of this site, and I am very surprised to see bad things written about 13deals.com. I order from them at least twice a month and never been more than very happy with the experience. If there is anything negative I could say is that is takes about 2-3 days longer to get my order than some other sites. Although sometimes I get the item I ordered within 2 days of ordering! As for their customer service, they even have a phone number on their site to call, answered by a real person both times I have called and were very helpful. I think people seem to only write negative reviews. You never seem to hear people raving. So, here I am, raving about 13deals.com! ProsPrices, customer service. Easy to order from.ConsNothing. |

I ordered a led flashlight on 5.25.09. I received it and the plastic connection for the battery was broken. I wrote them about it and they said that I would be refunded through PayPal in about 3 weeks. Well, it is three months later and i never got my credit or another reply from them. The amount of $11.49 wasn`t worth my time in fighting with this crooked company. Even though I see their great prices, I will never buy from them again. ProsGreat pricesConsWon`t refund $ on damaged items they sell! |

Just hope you get your item and if you have an issue......good look getting a person, email, or number to talk to someone.....I ordered an item, sent me a totally different item, tried email, etc....heard nothing. Had to file a claim with paypal....they never responded, so it tied up my money for 30 days, and i re-ordered the correct item.....after 2 weeks, i have not item and I have to contact paypal again....so my money will be tied up again for another 30 days......really not a good online experience, no matter how low their prices are...... Prosgood price.....but....the two times I bought from them....nothing but problems. Good point is that they take paypal, so when it doesnt come you can get your money back! Woohoo!Consno customer service......no response for problem.. |
