I have been a registered DD customer for over a year now. Every item received is pure crap. At around a total of about $50 spent with this website, I have received roughly $10 worth of product. I have mainly purchased their mystery deals, or their free items which seemed appealing, but I would rather still have my penny instead of the crap they have sent to me. tried to tell them their customer service needs to improve, they ignore my helpful info. Haven`t received 2 items I paid for. Will be reporting them to BBB. Deadly Deal should be shut down! DD deleted my account after sticking up for a fellow customer trying to get an item she was awarded even though I`m long time customer. ProsNOT ONE! DO NOT SHOP HERE! YOU`VE BEEN WARNED! If they have a product that you like, go look at WWW.DEALEXTREME.COM and you`ll find the exact same item at a MUCH cheaper price and with free shipping. DEAL SUCKER, PLEASE REMOVE DEADLY DEAL FROM YOUR LIST!ConsThey just buy shit from dealextreme and sell it for more through their own website along with tacking on $5 shipping, and sometimes you will never ever receive what you have paid for! It is up to them whether or not you`ll get your items. THIS SITE IS A SCAM! DO NOT SHOP HERE! YOU`VE BEEN WARNED! |

Paid, waited, never got my stuff. emailed them twice and never got a response. Upon further investigation, this is an `American` site that is really based in Hong Kong. Save your money and go to a real American site. These guys are total crap! I filed a paypal dispute to get my money back. Everyone stay away! They will steal your money! I bought a box of crap from them. Actually I bought three but I only got one. It was total crap, which I expected, but I really did expect three (since i paid for three and shipping on three.) When I contacted them I never got a response. ProsAbsolutely nothing.ConsTook a week to ship and four more days to get it, total garbage items, no response to emails, no customer service. Pretty much everything about them is a con. |

please do not trust this company , they have a notion of custumer service whatsoever. ProsnoneConsyou complain and or ask where your order is your account gets deleted meaning you are not able to log into their site.they just take your money and you get nothin in return. |

This site is run by a con artist. Some people get what they ordered, some don`t !!! I was smart enough to contact my bank before the 30 day was up and had my money safely back, tucked away where it belongs. Don`t even try to email them. Your just wasting your time ! |

On June 23, 2009 this site offered a `Poor Man`s Iphone` for $134.99 shipped. They didn`t give the exact make or model of phone but did state that it `is just as good as an iphone but at 1/2 the price.` Since I have been satisfied from purchases from Deadly Deal before, I bought one. However, I did do a web search to find out more info on this phone, which I could find none. When the phone arrived, I found it was a Sciphone 168+, & upon doing a search on that phone found that on Sciphone`s website, this phone goes for $85! I searched elsewhere & never found it for more than $90!. I emailed Deadly Deal asking for a refund, heard from them once (asking which state I live in), & never again. ConsI have decided never to purchase anything from this site due to deceptive advertising, poor customer service, & not being forthright with their products that they sell. If they had advertised it as being the Sciphone, I never would have but it when I could have gotten it $50 cheaper anywhere else. |

They ripped me off. I made a purchase and never received my order I have made several attempts to contact them. The first few attempts were met with no response. the last email I sent I got an automated response saying my email will be reviewed when they get to it.
