Item was impulse buy that never arrived. Tracking number showed eventually delivered to wrong state. Support said they needed to hear back from the person that it received it. That makes no sense. They didn`t respond after that, then lied to Paypal who fortunately saw through it, got me my money back and sent me information about online fraud which included shipping to bogus addresses, then claiming entitlement to money.
