My only purchase with hobbytron was in December 2007 and i was very disappointed. The airsoft rifle product I purchased was of extremely poor durability and nonfunctional in some respects as well. I submitted a complaint and was eventually refunded the price of the gun but not the shipping (the shipping was about 70% of the purchase price), but only after multiple email submissions and phone calls which mysteriously cut off after waiting on hold for extended periods when I tried to get connected to a manager.
