As I posted earlier, I had made a purchase from ScopeADay in November and never received it. After more than 2 dozen emails to them over that time, I only got 4 responses in that time. The first 2 saying that they would refund my money. Then after daily reminding them that they still after more than 3 months refunded my money, I finally got my refund. It took a LONG time, and threatening them with negative feedback until they would work with me to correct the issue. However, they have resolved it. I will never buy from them again, nor would I recommend it. But they did refund my money.

Well, more than 3 months ago I made a purchase with them... WORST MISTAKE EVER!!! Not only did I never get the product, they keep telling me they`ll refund my money, but it NEVER happens. Nothing but a crappy business... I don`t think `business` is an appropriate word... But I don`t the the appropriate word is fit to type here, so just use your imagination.
I even told them that I would continue to leave negative feedback about them as often as I could until I got my money back, but they don`t seem to care about it.

I paid for an item on November 10. Never got it. I contacted them multiple times. Finally on February 8th, they said:
`Hi Chad,
We will refund your entire purchase amount by this weekend - I guess there`s nothing you can do about taking back that negative feedback anyways - or is there?...

Well that weekend came and went. And NOTHING! Don`t waste your money buying from them! THEY ARE DISHONEST!!!

Paid for something from them on November 10th, 2010. It`s now February 7th and I haven`t heard from them, nor gotten the package. This site is nothing but a scam!!! Don`t buy!!!
If there was a way to leave negative stars, I would!

I purchased a set of binoculars a month ago. It would have been a great deal if they ever came! I have shipped stuff I sold on Ebay to Hong Kong. It only takes 2 weeks MAX!! This is a pathetic attempt at a business. I will NEVER buy from them again. I have tried to contact them several times, not ONCE have them responded! I can understand running out of product, but if that happens, refund my fricken money!!! They are nothing but thieves... BUYER BEWARE!!! Even if it seems like a great deal, it isn`t if you never get what you purchased!

Looked like a good deal.
I ordered from them in March; here it is July, and I still have not received my order. Each time I simply asked for an update I was told that I could wait until the item was in stock again (first time I was told it would be mid April) or get an immediate refund.
Eventually I asked for a refund to my paypal account. I was assured it would take place within 72 hours - that was several weeks ago.
I have sent them 9 emails and have received a response from a `Martin`.
Of course this is something that PayPal doesn`t resolve with their resolution service.
